1. Return your original item. Once we receive and process your return, we will issue an immediate credit.

2. Place a new order. We will ship your new order promptly, reducing the wait time for replacement items.

You can view tracking information in the My Orders tab of your account. Tracking is generated when an order is packed and may take 1 to 2 days to show movement.

Large volume orders often qualify for discounted pricing. Fill out the request a quote form to receive a quote, usually within two business days.
